 At All Saints' C of E Primary School, the curriculum for writing is delivered so that all children become effective and efficient writers. The writing curriculum teaches pupils to write for a variety of audiences, acquiring the knowledge and skills to communicate effectively for a range of purposes.

 

Writing is taught in a cross curricular way, which incorporates a range of genres, and is documented in our Shine Curriculum. Our topics are planned to expose children to a balance of fiction, non-fiction and poetry texts.
