Central Park School
Central Park
Central Park is a very large primary school in the London borough of Newham. It has almost 1000 pupils on role and the school is multicultural and multifaith. For the last six years we have been developing links with our friends at Central Park and we now consider ourselves to be partner schools. During the course of the year we take a group of Y5s and Y2s up to Newham to spend the day at Central Park. Pupils from Central Park also come to spend the day with us at All Saints’ and in the summer term, we get together again when the Y5 children come down to Wickham Bishops for their summer residential.
This community partnership is now very well established and all the children look forward to getting together. It is wonderful for both schools to experience another school that is both very different, but also very similar to their own.
