Now entering my third year on the governing body at All Saints' Primary School, as a local resident and parent I am committed to helping the school provide a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for all children. With a professional background in HR, I bring experience in operational and strategic planning and guidance. I am passionate about ensuring every child receives an excellent education and working with school leaders to support the school's continued success.

With more than 20 years’ experience working in education, I have supported school leaders and governing bodies in delivering strategic improvement, financial sustainability and high-quality operational services.
As a Foundation Governor, I am committed to supporting the Christian vision and values that underpin All Saints’ School. Working closely with fellow governors, school leaders, the Church and the wider community, I seek to promote kindness, respect, compassion and integrity while providing effective strategic oversight for the long-term benefit of the School and its pupils.

I have been a Foundation Governor since 2018 representing All Saints Church and the Diocese of Chelmsford. I bring an Education background as I previously taught in the Primary sector for 25 years before leaving to join the family Electronics business. My current responsibilities as a Governor at All Saints Primary are Early Years Education, Foundation subjects, Teaching and Learning data and Collective Worship.

I am a teacher and curriculum leader of French and German at KEGS in Chelmsford, with additional responsibility for school-wide teaching and learning development. My son is at All Saints' Primary School in Year 3.
