School Improvement and Development Plan

Towards the end of each academic year, the Governing Body of All Saints’ meets for a strategy day, in which they reflect on the previous years work, consider strengths and areas for improvement and identify School Improvement Plan priorities for the year ahead in order to continue to drive the school forward.

As part of the Governing Body the Executive Headteacher and Head of School are an instrumental part of identifying these priorities at the Governor Strategy day.

The Executive Headteacher and Head of School will then take these priorities and write an action plan together with their Senior Leadership Team in order to make sure these priorities are actioned in the year ahead. This document is known as the School Improvement Plan and is a shared document for the whole school community to work towards for the next academic year.
