Dear Parents/Carers

Thank you for expressing an interest in our school. On behalf of the pupils, parents, staff and Governing Body, I would like to welcome you to All Saints’ Church of England (Voluntary Controlled) Primary School.

All Saints’ has a reputation for being a welcoming and caring school and is held in high regard by the community it serves.

We are all proud to be a part of the All Saints’ community. In March 2017 Ofsted Inspectors concluded that All Saints’ is a good school and that “pupils enjoy school and demonstrate high levels of engagement in lessons.  They work cooperatively and purposefully together.  The school has a purposeful atmosphere, where the pupils work well together, listen to ideas and welcome opportunities to be part of the Maldon community”.

Pupil progress is high on the agenda of the staff and governors at All Saints’ and the school continues to strive for consistent improvement. The children in our care have many individual talents and we acknowledge and celebrate these through our collective worship and rich curriculum. When visiting the school please take the opportunity to view the  Achievement Wall at Highlands Drive, where you will see evidence that All Saints’ really is a school where ‘Every Child Shines’!

We have always believed that young children need to feel happy and secure in school, safeguarding our pupils is therefore of utmost importance to the governors and staff of All Saints’. We also believe that children should be encouraged towards independence and academic achievement.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to telephone or call in.  We would like to assure you, that you and your child will be very welcome and valued members of the school community.

We look forward to seeing you in school over the coming months.

Yours sincerely

Philip Brown
